UST Mamiya shaft design engineers incorporated new “modified tip stiff technology “ as the platform for this new V2 Tour Flight shaft . With recent USGA rule changes for grooves in irons, new ‘higher spin’ golf balls have hit the market, and tour players are once again looking for ”a low boring ball flight“ to maximize distance. And as with all Proforce designs, the unique torque to stiffness ratio creates greater accuracy with every shot.

Super Value: I have this shaft (stiff) on a 12 deg driver head I had laying around. I normally like a 10 deg loft, so I thought the mid-high kick point of this shaft would settle down the ball flight a bit. Boy, it sure did. Much more penetrating flight, with increased distance. The low torque has minimized my tendency to slice, as well. If you hit a forgiving, high-loft driver, try this shaft. Very happy with this product.
