A Diamond Tour Golf representative must authorize all returns. For authorization please call (800) 826-5340. At the time of authorization you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany your return. When returning any item, please include in the package: your name, address, phone number and the Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Diamond Tour Golf. The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order. Diamond Tour Golf will pay for return shipping to customers on items that are covered by warranty or orders that were not filled correctly. Items returned that have not been used are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee, unless the item was sent to a customer in error. Customers are required to appropriately package any return, Diamond Tour Golf is not responsible for damaged return shipments.

Diamond Tour Golf Warranty Information
All Diamond Tour Golf merchandise is covered by a 1 year warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.
- If possible avoid hitting graphite shafted clubs off of driving range mats.
- SMT drivers are covered by a lifetime warranty with no questions asked.
If your shipment arrives and any items are damaged, save the package and packing material and contact our sales staff immediately. Our staff will provide you with the necessary information to ensure that your claim is handled quickly and effectively.
