More consistent than Mavrik
Great driver, had 10.5 for about 2 years now. Once I mastered it at 42" and started really going after it (the short length will help you do that) It began to spin, even in 10.5 loft, and wouldn't go much past 240y. So I removed the 15g back-weight and replaced the shaft to 43.5" and it became my "unicorn" driver. I can consistently hit it 250-280 in the fairway and can actually *kind of shape* the ball. I got so good with this driver that I thought I was good to go back to a big-dawg nice driver again and bought a Marvik 9* last year to chase distance. Well, after going through 6 shafts including a HZRDUS and a Diamana, with varying lengths (45.5-43.5") and weighting(200-210g), nothing was consistent and I eventually came back to this club. I'll probably buy another couple heads in 2023, wish they made it in a 9*.
Don't sleep on the InAZone putters either, the Hefty Putter, with some back weighting and a heavy grip has probably dropped 6 shots per round from my short game. It's an incredible putter.

Finding the fairway more often
I've made two of these drivers for ladies; one 14 degree head with a Matrix Ozik white tie shaft, the other is 12 degree head with an Acer Velocity shaft...both ladies love their new clubs because they are finding the fairway more often and averaging around 180-190 yards.

Surprisingly good driver.
I bought a 10.5 degree In1Zone driver head, along with 3 and 5 fairway woods and put together a set for myself (regular flex graphite, 42.5 inches each). The driver performs very well! Accuracy is somewhat better than for a standard length driver, perhaps largely due to being able to control the shorter driver somewhat better than one with a longer shaft. And I was pleasantly surprised that my distance with the In1Zone driver was essentially the same as for a standard driver. I was thinking this may also be due to better control with the shorter shaft, allowing for more solid strikes on the sweet spot that maximize distance. Well, whatever the cause, I am happy with my In1Zone driver so far.

Can't Miss A Fairway
I'm 68, play to about a 2; hit my drives about 260 and a 7 iron about 165. I hit 11/14 fairways per round and 14 gir on average.

With this driver I have played four rounds and have hit 14/14 fairways per round. I am averaging 255 yards which I believe is due to the shaft and the loft. It just goes DEAD STRAIGHT!! I've tried to cut it NOPE. I've tried to draw it NOPE. I don't like the trajectory it's just too high. I'm playing a UST V2 X flex tipped two inches so it's not about stiffness. In fairness, here in OH it is still wet and cool. 265 is in the summer so I really can't say whether or not I've lost distance.

Bottom Line - it you want a fairway finder this is the ticket. Don't let a length of 42" keep you from trying this. You may lose a yard or two but the short grass is such a great place to play from. Fairways and greens!

Straight - Long - Fairway Finder
I am a senior scratch player. You name the driver, I've had it in my bag. My average drive is 265 with a bit of inconsistency. No huge misses but some right some left. I normally play a driver at X flex and 44" at D2. My stats for the last three years are 9/14 Fairways hit, and 14/18 gir. I play single length irons too. With this driver I hit 13/14 the first round and in the last two I've hit 14/14. I cannot make this thing draw or fade - it just goes straight. My distance is about the same but here in OH it has been wet and cold. I did hit one downwind to 303 which shocked me. I bought driver, 3 and 5 woods in the In1Zone and fitted them with UST V2 Stiff shafts tipped 2 inches and played at 42" lenght. All I can say is BUY THESE! As a result of this I've begun cleaning out all my golf stuff to put on ebay rather than feeling a need to "keep looking for the secret driver" to get me more consistency. You cannot go wrong with this concept.

THE MOST ACCURATE DRIVER I'VE EVER HIT!!
This is hands down, without a doubt, the most accurate and consistent driver that I have ever hit in my entire life. I'm not the type of person who switches drivers on a weekly basis like some of my golfing buddies, I tend to find something that I know works and stick with it. I have have always been fairly long off the tee - averaging around 260 with a really good drive getting into the 280+ range - but my problem has always been consistency. I'm right, I'm left, I'm high, I'm low, and that kills my confidence off the tee. A few years ago I switch to the Acer Thriver, which is a combination of a driver + 3 wood in one club, giving me the accuracy of a 3 wood with nearly the distance of a driver. That became my go-to club off the tee allowing me to hit 60-70% of fairways in a typical round, with an average distance of about 230-240. I gladly traded those extra 30-40 yards for a ball in the middle of the fairway 3/4 times rather than hunting for it in the rough 75% of the time. Well this club takes that "Thriver" concept one step further and actually turns a driver + 5 wood into a single club, and the results are INCREDIBLE!! I can't seem to hit a ball anywhere other than dead straight up the middle of the fairway with this thing, and with the 12.5 degree I'm able to hit it about 230-240 just like my previous club. Just last week, for the first time in the 15+ years I've been playing golf, I played a round where I hit all 14/14 fairways!! I never thought I would find a club that would knock my trusty Thriver out of the bag, but this is it for sure!! I paired this up with the Project X LZ Fairway shaft which DT is selling for RIDICULOUSLY cheap right now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you want to find more fairways and start playing some of the most confident golf of your life, do yourself a favor and give this club a try. 5-STARS ALL THE WAY!!

Details

The In1zone wood series is the next step in single length technology and a common sense approach for you to play your best golf.. The cup face 460cc titanium driver and all fairway woods lofts are designed to be played at a 5 wood length. We choose this length because most people are comfortable with the length of 42”. The only thing that changes is the loft of the club. So as the theory goes, you only need to make one swing versus a traditional set where you have different lie angles and lengths causing essentially different swings. The ball position stays the same. Your stance stays the same. Your spine angle stays the same. The end result is an increase in consistent ball striking, accuracy and distance for golfers of all skill levels and ability. Each wood in this set is designed just for the single length iron theory. You can’t take a standard set of woods and make this concept work because each wood has a different head weight and lie angle. The In1zone is engineered exclusively for this purpose.

  • Standard Length on this Driver is 42 Inches.
