not the best and not the worst but I just didn't like the feel of the club with these heads. Nothing precise but my iron game went south with these heads. I didn't like the distance or the accuracy. I'm going to try the Grand Hawk XP next to see if it was me or the heads.
Playability Feel Price/Value - not the best club head I've used

I bought these last July and while they are appealing on setup they just don't feel as solid and playable as previous heads I've used. I think my distance was reduced and I will be going to a different head soon. I usually change heads about once a year but this one only lasted 10 months. Too bad, they look great.

I built a set of Grand Hawk X3 irons 6-SW and matched them with Apollo Gunsmoke R-flex steel shafts and the new Golf Pride Tour Velvet Super Tack grips. These clubs certainly are well built and look great and the ball seems to jump off the face but for some reason they just don't suit my eye when I address the ball. Perhaps it's the thick sole which some golfers may like. After several rounds I'm now back to playing my Turner LPT Velocity irons.

The Grand Hawk X3 Iron Series is designed for maximum distance. By utilizing a hollow two-piece construction, we were able to expand the sweet spot of the ultra-thin cup face design. So even on miss-hits, the iron’s face responds as if it was hit right in the middle, thus greatly expanding the playability of the club.
