I am really an old school dude. The SBD irons with the head size, small offset and appearance at address are pretty old school. I'm a senior and I ordered the True Temper "A" shaft and the tour wrap grip and out of the box they were good to go. The ordering experience with DT was good and the SBD irons fill the bill very well.

The Turner SBD iron offers forgiveness along with workability. The SBD has a perimeter weighting system that allows long irons to be hit high and straight, and short irons to be hit right at the pin. The SBD also has a polymer insert in the sole to help dampen impact vibrations. If you’re looking for an iron that can be worked in both directions and still allows for some forgiveness on shots hit slightly off center then a golfer can’t go wrong with the Turner SBD.
