    We offer 75% credit (in store or refund) for equipment that has normal use
    We offer 90% credit (in store or refund) for equipment that is unused

Shipping costs are not credited, customer is responsible for all shipping costs

Club heads that are damaged outside the face with scratches or dents, either on the sole or the crown are not covered by this offer

Prepackaged Full sets are not covered by this offer

Any club that was sold in a used condition is not covered by this offer

Any club that was not assembled by Diamond Tour Golf is not covered by this offer

Diamond Tour Golf Return Policy
A Diamond Tour Golf representative must authorize all returns. For authorization please call (800) 826-5340. At the time of authorization you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany your return. When returning any item, please include in the package: your name, address, phone number and the Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Diamond Tour Golf. The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order. Diamond Tour Golf will pay for return shipping to customers on items that are covered by warranty or orders that were not filled correctly. Items returned that have not been used are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee, unless the item was sent to a customer in error. Customers are required to appropriately package any return, Diamond Tour Golf is not responsible for damaged return shipments.

Return Procedure

1. Contact Diamond Tour Golf at (800)-826-5340 to be issued a Return Authorization number (RMA)
2. After receiving your RMA number securely package your items in the original carton or carton of your choice
3. Return the items to our return address

Diamond Tour Golf Warranty Information
All Diamond Tour Golf merchandise is covered by a 1 year warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.
- If possible avoid hitting graphite shafted clubs off of driving range mats.
- SMT drivers are covered by a lifetime warranty with no questions asked.
Shortages/Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives and any items are damaged, save the package and packing material and contact our sales staff immediately. Our staff will provide you with the necessary information to ensure that your claim is handled quickly and effectively.
Diamond Tour Golf Shipping Policy
Diamond Tour Golfs primary method of ground shipment within the Continental United States is FedEx although some packages are sent via USPS.
FedEx is used for any type of Air Shipment.
US Priority Mail is also available at request
Shipping, handling and insurance are applied to all orders placed with Diamond Tour Golf.

Diamond Tour Golf is not responsible for fees charged by FedEx, UPS, Post Office or other shippers in instances where the customer provides Diamond Tour Golf with incorrect ship to or bill to address information (Street, City, State, Zip Code, etc.). Shipper correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer and the customer will therefore be charged for such fees.

International Customers: Please note that due to FedEx charging Diamond Tour Golf additional shipping after the package leaves our facility you may be asked to pay the additional amount incurred due to extended areas in your country. If this occurs with your order you will be contacted before any additional amount is charged. Please also note that international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

- Assembled orders usually ship from Diamond Tour Golf within 7 business days.
- Component orders placed before 2:00 pm Central time will be shipped the same business day provided all ordered products are avaiable.
- If placing an Internet order on the weekend, the order will not be processed until the following business day.
