Had this built to a 44.75 length. It's a 3+ Wood to use as a driver as i hate the big headed clubs. I had the Accuflex Evolution Nano Stiff with a GP MC Grip. I took it out to the range today and was able to hit it with a slight draw 9 times out of 10 about 220 yds on the range with the worst range balls you can imagine of a slight down hill lie! Feels solid and is very well built. I will return to review once i play on the course. I am a regular buyer of clubs and very knowledgable about them. I play from a 7 Handicap, so my reviews are honest! :)

I built the 3+ to a length of 46.5" using a Sabre Tour Vector shaft to use as a "control driver". Actual round tee shots measured 260 - 280 yards using a GPS. Ball flight has a nice trajectory with incredible air "hang" time. Even off-center and fat shots resulted in satisfactory shot placement and distance. I haven't hit this FW from the turf, and won't. A 13° FW is too shallow for that task. I use a #2 hybrid for those shots.

I purchased Integra SoooLong Quadratic spring 2008. Fantastic improvements. Slice is gone and 30 yards plus distance gain. Matching shaft Grafalloy Platinum. Current model Integra SoooLong Quadratic II shall be even better

I purchased the 13 deg 3 wood along with the 9.5 deg driver. I reviewed the driver right away, because its qualities were immediately evident, very nice club. I have never hit a 13 degree 3 wood before, so I knew it would take some getting used to, especially hitting it without a tee. Well, I have gotten used to it, and it is now my favorite club in the bag. Yesterday I came close to greening a 230 yard par three with this club. It also gives me comfort to know that if my driving falls apart, I have this club as a back up. The driver and this club are the best clubs I have in my bag, and the cost of both of the clubs would be about half of what a "brand name" driver alone would cost. Of course, make sure you get a decent shaft, and these clubs will perform.

I bought a 3+ toward the end of the season last year and I'm back this year for the 5 metal. The head is supposed to be square according to the specs but I find them to be slightly draw. It took me only a few swings to adjust to stop hooking and once I did, the results were fantastic. Without exception, everyone who tried the club hit a hook. Having hit the big 6-O last year my swing speed isn't what it used to be. I needed a little more length out of my fairway metal. And even though it's only 13* head, I've had no trouble getting the ball in the air, even hitting it out of moderate rough. I matched it with a UST ProForce V2 R 70 gram high launch angle shaft. My only complaint is that I would prefer a 4 metal to the 5 to give me a larger differential with my 21* hybrid. But there is no 4 metal. I'll be matching the 5 metal with the Aldila Gamer shaft with medium launch angle.

I'm a club builder and a player 10 handicap and I've built probably ten sets, all of which have sold. I also use them myself. Hit these smooth and easy and the will draw right into the green. These are nice hitting clubs and I love beating my friends with clubs I built. You folks have really hit on something here.
