These clubs were truly incredible. Right off the bat I felt the difference in my play. My shots were straighter and longer, not to mention how good the clubs look. Between this and my new driver from Diamond Tour, I've dropped 10 strokes in my play.

Shoulda, Coulda

Been playing for a while, 13 years or so. I have had nothing but used clubs, most that were given to me. I am 6 foot 4 and my clubs have always been off the shelf ill fitting. Usually shot around mid 90s, only once in the 80s. If only I knew back then what I know now.
What a huge difference custom fitted clubs make. It took me a few rounds to get used to the irons, but it became like throwing darts at the hole. I shot an 84 the last time I played, and was almost always closest to the pin on almost every hole. I got a blister from having to pull the stick out so many times. I know that many who will read this wont think that it is a big deal, 84, but it was how I did it, usually scrambling for a bogey or double bogey. Very strange for me to be putting for a birdie, on most holes.
The irons are awesome. They look and feel great. When you hit them well its like a bit of heaven, you know as soon as you hit it that it will be a great shot. I have the Nergy shafts and if I keep a slow tempo without over swinging I have gained at least an extra club. I was worried that the tours would be too much club for me, but really wanted a club that would challenge me to improve my game, these irons have improved my game and I think will let me get much better as well.
Wish I knew how inexpensive great quality custom fitted clubs from Diamond Tour really were. I will only ever buy my clubs from Diamond Tour.
Hopefully before the end of the summer, I will be considering going to the tour with Diamond Tour as my sponsor.

Wonderfull clubs, very long and very straight

I ordered these on Tuesday and received them on Friday. Played 27 holes on Saturday and all I can say is these are great clubs. This is my second set of clubs from DT. My first set was the Gand Hawk Big Bertha Clones. The XR Tour are a step up them them. These clubs are long and straight. I used the 3 iron off several tees just to see how far I could hit it and was hitting it on average 220 yards. If you are looking for a great set of irons look no further. Buy these.

Unbeatable quality, looks and performance for the price!!

These fantastic irons look much much better in person! The pics online dont do these any justice at all. I play off a 2-3 handicapp and have played many different irons over the years. These are by far the best value for money iron on the market. Minimal offset and have a nice solid feel at impact. I ordered mine to the DT Nergy Shafts, which are as close to the Dynamic Gold Shafst as you can get without having the TYrue Temper brand on it. They have a consistent yet boring trajectory and very easy to control. Dont hesitate in putting a set of these in your bag, you wont be disappointed!! Great clubs, great feel

I play to a 5 handicap and I love these clubs. They have a great feel and I hit them great. I tried the real ones out and these feel as good if not better. Great buy and would tell anyone who is interested in getting them to do so you won't regret it.

Great Clubs - Not for Amateurs

This is my second set of Diamond Tour irons. My first set were the Grand Hawks that were like Big Berthas with regular flex shafts. My game was advancing so I wanted to move to the Grand Hawk XR Tour blades with stiff shafts. When I first got them the transition was difficult. I had not expected that. But I got my club pro involved and he verified that I had slipped into some bad swing habits, which were being more forgiven with the old clubs. The Tour blades are not that forgiving. My pro verified that these are great clubs - literally showing me how well they could be hit. It did not take long for my swing correction to take hold and I am hitting these very long and feel like I have great control over my shots.

I guess my summary is this: These are the real deal. Being my second set of DT irons, and having a full bag of DT clubs, (including Driver and fairway woods), I can attest that I do not feel like I have compromised at all by going with Diamond Tour products. You can do the math. Go to the comparable brand's site and check the price (include the custom shafts if you can), and see how much you would have to spend for the brand. If you can live without the cache of the brand then buy DT's clubs and spend your money on buying more rounds of golf. Plus, I have a lot fun during my rounds telling people how much I saved buying at DT. Have fun.
