A quick up date, I an 63 and have a 10 handicap. I played forged clubs for years, mostley Mizunos, the latest being a set of MX-23's that over the last three years I have put three different sets of shafts in, I thought these clubs were sweet, but not as sweet as the XP-22's. When I built these I bought some Alpha graphite shafts and I must say my ball flight is better than it has been in years, and the distance is consistant. I kept going back to the Mizunos (ego thing) and they definatley do not perform as well for me as the XP-22's. Thanks JC

I'm recovering from hip reconstuction. I ordered these clubs with the hybrid 3 & 4 My therapist gave me permission to hit wiffle balls slowly as not to reinjure myself. Form the first to last ball hit it was magical, straight, great ball flight and the only problem was I forget I had to retrive them from the neighbors yard. Can't wait to get to the driving range!

Built a set of the XP-22's yesterday and played them this morning. Great heads, lofts and weight, seem consistant. Smooth as silk. JC

I bought these clubs about a month ago talked to the sales staff and they set me up with what they thought I needed according to my experience swing speed and length. I have to say they did a heck of a job. I disagree with the previous review of the painted shadow to look like cavity backing. It has cavity backing just because it is not exactly the same as a callaway does not mean it isnt cavity backed. That would be patent infringement if it was exact. The clubs look great built with great quality, did they improve my game? well i am a firm believer in you have to know what you are doing first for anything to help. If you need help with your swing no club will help you. Great product I will buy again

This set was my second set of clones from Diamond tour. I built both sets on steel shafts. These are fine clubs and if you are a med-low to med-high handicapper, these will do nicely. If you have a crappy swing to start with then these clubs aren't going to help you but if you have a fairly decent game, these would be a fine choice.

These are the first clubs I had fitted for me. It was great to save the hundreds of dollars. I am getting more yards from these clubs compared to the Titlest DCI irons. I would recommend DIAMOND TOUR to anyone looking for inexpensive yet quality golf equipment.

I am a first year golfing and found out about Diamond Tour on the radio. Needing a new set of irons decided to purchase the XP-22 clubs. These clubs are worth every penny you pay, I was able to add 10-20 yards each club. These clubs also gave me a much higher loft then my previous ones. I did not want to spend tons of money and wanted a quality product, and diamond Tour came through. The customer service is second to none and I got my clubs in less then a week.

Just thought I'd update my review. Ive now played several rounds with these clubs and I am absolutely thrilled with them. My iron play is improved over my old set of clubs tremendously. I truly think if you're not liking these clubs you need lessons not Callaways. These are clones not exact replicas, that would be illegal, Im ordering a set for a friend who tried mine and wants me to build him the same. Totally satisfied and the price is unbelieveable.

I bought the Grand Hawk XP-22 4-PW RH Golf Clubs. I also added the SW and AW. I got them with the Dynamic Gold S400 shafts with Whisper grips. They are a little heavier than my old set but they are very easy to hit out of the rough. I used them once on the range and 1 round of golf so far. The packaging was very well done. Overall I am very pleased with the clubs. Now I would like to say a few words about the company and Mr. Peck. I had a few questions before I placed my order. All the questions were answered in the same day. I also ordered the Spine Aligned and Frequency Matched. Mr. Peck emailed me and told me that the Dynamic Gold shafts are already frequency matched so I didn’t need to pay the $55. Then I asked if he could have them sent to me in less than a week because I was going on vacation. I said that I would pay the overnight charge. He said that he would have them done and I would only have to pay 2nd day air. Again this saved me money. I must say that it has been a long time since I have had customer service like that! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for you golfing needs. ...

I agree with the earlier reviewer, "wimpy perimeter weighting" On the rear of the club, there is a black shadow actually painting on to give the impression of depth and weighting. (Which I cannot believe nobody else who have reviewed these clubs have not brought this issue to the surface.) This leads me to believe not all of the reviews are being 100% honest. It is the classic case of, "I like it be becauase I spent money on it." This club is moderately forgiving at best, nothing outrageous as some claim. I have purchased a hybrid and 3 wood from Diamond Tour in the past and was happy with them. I decided to try the irons because I am a firm believer in custom fitting and the price was right. The reason that I have the review a two stars (and not one) was because the grips (lamkin perma wrap) shafts (harrison steel lite), and club construction was perfect. They look good but if I had do it over again. I would have purchased the Pre Owned Callaway X-18s. This last purchase has closed my chapter of experimenting with golf club clones. My advice is to get custom fitted and pay the money for real club heads. If you can't afford new clubs purchase a good set of pre owned clubs that fit you. You cannot purchase a Mercedez for the price of a Kia. ...

Purchased and mounted one set of X-22 heads with Rifle Graphite shafts (stiff, my handicap is 3) : very good efficiency and accuracy, but not very forgiving : you have to hit the ball with the sweet-spot !...otherwise hard sensation and a bit more vibrations... but acceptable with graphite shafts ... and PRO V1 balls !... may be in this graphite shaft-version they need more weight in the head (about 50 g less than steel shaft !...) Great look and quality , even irons and hybrids, but these one are not very forgiving and a bit too heavy... in comparison with irons heads. Nevertheless, I'm rather satisfied of my "customised" set and thinking to another combining with these heads... because perfection doesn't exist but... every golfer is looking for it !...

Bought, built and finally played a practice round with the XP-22 irons. Love the look and feel and they seem to be a half club longer than my old clubs. So far Im very pleased and for $53.00 thats about $750 less than the Callaways. Also bought the cnc milled sand wedge, terrific out of the sand and chipping, lots of spin. Thanks, very happy.

Good solid clubs. I made a set of these for myself. I used "True Temper Dynamic gold super lite" steel shafts (stiff). They play well and are very forgiving on less than perfect hits. Both the irons and hybrid club heads are of good quality.
