Well worth the money!
-
Having been a club builder for many years, I was a little skeptical about the reasonable cost of these club and how they would perform. They certainly exceeded my expectation! These XP-28 irons are very forgiving and as long as the Taylormade Burner Irons I've been playing. I'm selling the Burner Irons and putting these XP-28 Irons in my bag. Nice product!

top notch

As a clubmaker these clubs exceeded my expectations in every way. Play as well as the OEMs, if not better, when price is considered. I highly recommend them.

Great Irons
-
I have been playing about 8 months with these X-28 irons and they are excellent. They hit about one club longer than my old clubs and are much more consistant in relation to dispersion and distance. Ball hit slightly off center still carry well. Also, the price is so good now, I just ordered another set of heads.

One of the best.
-
I've been hitting the xp-28 iron's for the last two years and improved the length of shot's by a minimum of one club. Accuracy has cut four strokes off my average scores. Combined with the FGS-Plus shaft and the cross-line grip, it's the best club I've experienced in years's. In addition, as a custom-club builder, the clubs have impressed customers to want to add a set to their bags. Would recommend this series to anyone wanting to improve their game.

Details
The Grand Hawk XP-28 iron has perimeter weighting that has been maximized to improve the moment of inertia (MOI). This improvment allows for more forgiveness on off-center strikes. Although the XP-28 has game improvement features, the center of gravity position has been designed to generate the optimal ball-flight trajectories. Its classic shape has a slightly thinner topline than most game improvement irons, yet still incorportes a large sweet spot for improved playability and forgiveness to attack any pin on the course. A great design for all playing levels.
- Comparable to the Callaway® X-22 Irons
