I carry a 15 degree Bang Hybrid and it's a great little club. I use it off the tee on tight driving holes, getting something around the 230 - 240 yard mark. Usually hit it with a draw but have been practicing the fade with it as well but it's still a work in progress.
Off the deck I get around 210 - 220 yards with this club, lands nice and soft.
Build quality is first class. Had this built with a Harisson Impulse Utility in stiff and it's a great combo. I hit a mid high ball and this shaft seems to suit my swing. Also have the same shaft in an SMT 19 degree Avocet.
Between the 2 clubs, I would say the Bang is more dependable to hit consistently on a draw, but the SMT can be worked both ways a bit easier.
I would certainly recommend the Bang utilities to anybody looking for a long, accurate club. For me it's a long draw - period, but I tend to have a rigid game-plan for the way I play any given hole, so on holes where the preferred shot is a draw, the Bang is my go to club, even if it means giving up some distance over the driver.
Very high quality on these heads. Match it to a decent shaft with the proper characteristics for your swing and it should turn out to be a real keeper. _________________ Integra Quadratic 12 deg, YS6+ Stiff
