I am looking to purchase your Turner ablase tour combo set.
My swing speed is 67 to 73 depending on who shows up to play.
I use your turner ablase driver with the 50 g fgs shaft and I like it and it goes
165 to 185. My concern is which shaft to use with the irons & hybrids. If it would help me I would like to try a steel shaft, something for a swing speed of 70 to 80.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Jeff!

Would it be possible to order one of the above clubs and the suggested shaft to try it out. I would then order the rest of the set with this shaft. If it's incorrect I then would order a different shaft. In the long run even if I tried
three different shafts the cost would still be less than purchasing an OEM brand. I can remove and install the new shafts myself.

Thank you in advance for your help. Rolling Eyes

I am pretty sure I just got of the phone with you but for those of you that are curious we decided to try the Turner Ablaze Plus 6 iron and we put a FGS 60 Lite Iron shaft in it with a crossline oversize grip. Made to senior flex, +1/2 inch and 2* upright. I hope it works out well and I look forward to building the rest of the set for you.

I always recommend keeping the shafts the same throughout the irons and hybrids so that you don't have any gaps in distances with you clubs and so that the swing weights feel the same from club to club.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Jeff
