DTG Jeff,
My buddy and I just ordered a "grab bag" LW head, amongst other items. I want to take a stab and putting together the LW for him. I've been reading about what items are needed to take on a club build.
So far, I have epoxy, grip tape & solvent (and a new grip), a rubber vice clamp (for the shaft), and I plan to pick up some burring "things" to rough up the inside of the head for the shaft/epoxy. I still need to get some hosels. We are going to use an old iron shaft from one of his old wedges.
Is there any advice you can give me? I mean ANY??!! Thanks!

I am glad to hear you are trying your hand at club building and I will be more then happy to assist. In this case I would rather have you give me a call personally with any questions to make sure that nothing gets lost in translation. Please feel free to call me anytime M-F 9am-5pm central time.
Thanks,
Jeff Bushnell
