I'm new to DTG, so far I like the forum with the quick post and replies. I have made a couple orders, how soon after an order has been completed for shipping are we notified or given a tracking #? I like the components DTG have to offer so plan to do more business but would like to have a handle on how long from completing the order online that the order will be sent and I am notified of delivery? I like to be able to let my customers know how long it takes for their clubs to be built and ready to be delivered to them. Thanks for the information.

It should be about 1 day.
(That's when I got mine when I ordered.)

If you are just ordering components and the order is received by us before 2pm central time then the order will ship out the same day and you will receive and email confirmation with tracking number that evening.

I have made one order online and one phone in order and have not received an email confirmation with tracking number for either order. If FedEx is sending them I'm not receiving them. I've checked my spam file and there isn't any thing either from you or FedEx. I'm not able to unspam either if I don't receive the first one. Any suggestions? I checked my account to see when the phone in order was completed, like I did with the online order, but didn't find anything in my account that showed I'd made a phone in order. Phone in order was made May 6. Thanks for your help.

I apologize for the late response on this topic.

Please email me if you have not received this order or the email tracking number for it.

Also note, phone orders are not stored in your online account. We are hoping to have software at some point that will let us do that but at this point our current software doesn't support the inclusion of phone orders in your online account.

Just my luck there was a problem on my first order... lol

Ordered the T13 driver, some midsize grips for my irons and pink grips for my daughter.

Anyway the order got shipped to the wrong address. My address ( correctly in my account ) is lot 43, and the order got shipped to lot 3. Luckily my wife knows the people at lot 3 and got my order.

Diamond Tour was great over the phone helping me get this staightened out. I do hope Diamond tour will make this good with the expidited shipping though. If that's the case they've got a new long term customer. I must say I absolutely love my new driver and grips.

I sent you an email regarding the shipping mix up, Im not sure if you received it or not as this post appeared after I sent that email.

I will get a credit issued for that shipping charge.
