The Nemesis, with its comfortable size and beautiful see through blue finish is a perennial SMT favorite. One of the original SMT long drive champions, the Nemesis head has found its way into golf bags, player hearts and winners circles worldwide since the day it arrived on the scene.
As a manufacturer, you never really know what it will take to get one of your creations recognized and accepted by the golfing public, and like many of the SMT heads, we found that it has enjoyed a bit of success in many areas, and for that reason alone it has found much deserved praise and loyalty. The Nemesis head captured a RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship its first summer on the market, followed immediately by staggering victories in South Africa and taking home the trophy three times in the Australian Long Drive Championships and capturing both the LDA Tour Championship and the LDA Tour Leading Money title. But that was not enough. The Tour Professionals noticed and grabbed the Nemesis and the following spring, the Nemesis clubhead found its way to two top ten finishes on the Nationwide Tour and on the Champions Tour, grabbing a top five finish. . Amateur golfers worldwide have adopted the Nemesis as their own, and while many have tried to replace it with something else, have always returned to it for its solid feel, ease of play and superb distances. Like all current SMT drivers, the face is totally void of scorelines to preserve the integrity of the structure.
