- My new go to club
-
After years of not playing with a lob wedge, I finally broke down and put together a club. I wanted a low bounce for tight lies and hard sand traps so I ordered the 58 deg with 7 deg bounce. Absolutely love the club. You have to learn to attack the pin since it lands very soft. Full swing goes 80-85 yds.
Feel Price/Value Playability - Excellent

I will never buy another wedge unless I'm hoping everything. The grind works for me, the 56 has become my go to and the 60 has become my flop shot. I actually had a guy asking me for tips on the practice green because of the spin, never happened before! $75 for 3 shafts and heads beats the cheapest big name wedge on sale.

I purchased the 48 this past summer because I couldn't find a 48 from a major manufacturer. I installed it on a Cleveland TT Dynamic Gold wedge shaft I had and I couldn't be happier with the result. I am sticking all my shots from 100 to 110 yards and my confidence grows with every swing. The balance and feel are amazing. It's my go-to club when I really need to "make the shot".

Built the 54 and 58 and am very pleased with both. Very flexible use. Full, pitches from right or fluffy. These do it all. Made a b ack up set pretty quick.

I play to a 10.5 handicap and usually only experiment replacing my wedge heads maybe each year or two since there are so many grinds, bounces etc. to choose from. I purchased the 50, 56 and 60 in the Chrome Mist 2.0 this past month and installed them on good quality Nippon 1150 tour steel shafts that match the rest of my Callaway irons. So far so good. Very playable soles for my game. I am really liking the 60 around the greens which has been easier than the last 60 degree I was using from another manufacturer. The sole width and bounce on this wedge is very playable for my game and course conditions that I have been used to which has varied from tight to grassy lies. Spin holds great too, can't complain at all and I am looking forward to playing these for a while. I had the 56 bent to 55 when ordering and feel very confident with this wedge set up. Will more than likely purchase wedge heads from Diamond Tour again down the road if need be. These heads are good quality and look pretty good too.

The Chrome Mist 2.0 Wedge Series provides better performance by utilizing CNC milled face technology that increases spin. The increase in spin is developed by machine cutting the face and grooves with a tighter and steeper edge. This provides a more consistent and higher RPM rate, particularly from grassy lies and wet conditions. The “Mist” finish reduce glare and the classic teardrop profile is the most appealing of wedge designs while the soft 304 mild carbon steel ensures tight tolerances and solid feedback. With an increase in loft options and new bounces, this series of wedges will enhance any golfer’s game!Specifications Loft 48 50 52 54 56 58 60 62 Lie(+-1) 64 64 64 64 64 64 64 64 Weight(+-3) 296 296 296 300 300 303 303 303 Offset 1.5 1.5 1 1 1 1 1 0 Bounce 6 6 8 12 14 7 8 9
