This is excellent for cleaning the inside of a hosel after the shaft has been removed or to roughen-up the inside of the hosel prior to shafting to create a stronger epoxy bond. This easily works with a hand drill or other multi-purpose tool. The package includes 5 rolls and one mandrel.
