They are long hitters. Good out of reasonable rough. Well-priced. I purchased the 3-6 Airlifts hybrids ( = to 2-5 irons loft-wise) and used high quality name-brand graphite shafts. Built to iron length, as these heads have iron-like lie angles. I'm a bit of a fader/slicer on longer irons, so the 3 and 4 are better for straight shooters. The 5 and 6 were fine, able to work a draw or fade. I eventually re-made the Airlifts for my mother-in-law, a very straight shooter, and they all work for her. I then got the offset Turner Ablaze for myself and those are perfect for me. My straight-shooting buddy (golfing 30 yrs, vs my 3) LOVED the Airlift 3 and 4 when he tried them.
