I make a lot of wedges. These heads have been particularly rewarding. The 50* is one of my favorites, and the 58 is a real saver from short tough spots and deep sand. The ball spins so much it craters the green and stops a few inches away like it had brakes on it. End up using the divot tool a lot. Wear might be an issue as they are so soft, but boy do they work well.

I will admit it, I am a wedge junkie. I like classical tear drop shaped wedges and especially like wedges with a satin finish. When I saw these heads I knew I had to have a set, especially since I wanted a 50º/54º/58º set. I use the 50º gap wedge for all kinds of chips and pitches inside of 100 yards. Low "one hop and stop" shots are pretty routine with it and inspires a lot of confidence pitching the ball right at the pin. The 54º has proven to be reliable for me out of greenside bunkers -- the 14º bounce has worked well for me out of medium, coarse and even slightly wet sand. The low bounce of the 58º lob wedge is great from tight lies or hitting that short sided flop shot next to the green. These wedges have some serious grooves and can spin the ball like crazy. If you can't spin the ball with these, you can't spin the ball with any wedge!

I can't tell any difference with this or my neighbors vokey. you can back balls up or hit those two hop stop shots. it is a excellent club for the money I have bought the 50* and now going to buy the 54*
